Im Bereich der Marktregulierung der elektronischen Kommunikationsnetze und –dienste ist die Bundesnetzagentur Mitglied der Independent Regulators Group (IRG) sowie des Gremiums der europäischen Regulierungsbehörden für elektronische Kommunikation BEREC, das seit 2010 die European Regulators Group (ERG) abgelöst hat. Die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Regulierungsbehörden findet vor allem durch die Mitarbeit auf Arbeits- und Leitungsebene in europäischen Organisationen sowie bilateral im direkten Erfahrungsaustausch mit anderen nationalen Regulierungsbehörden statt, so etwa der amerikanischen Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

TELECOMS (English translation)

In connection with its activities regulating the electronic communication networks and services markets, the German Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) is a member of the Independent Regulators Group (IRG) and the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), which replaced the European Regulators Group (ERG) in 2010. The Agency works with other regulatory authorities chiefly at operational and management level in European organisations, as well as by participating in bilateral information exchanges with national regulatory authorities such as the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

FINANZEN (www.bundesfinanzministerium.de)

Gemäß § 31 Bundeshaushaltsordnung hat das Bundesministerium der Finanzen zum Entwurf des Haushaltsgesetzes und des Haushaltsplans einen Bericht über den Stand und die voraussichtliche Entwicklung der Finanzwirtschaft zu erstatten. Der jährlich mit dem Haushaltsentwurf vorzulegende Bericht dient der Erläuterung der Haushaltsvorlage der Bundesregierung in finanz- und gesamtwirtschaftlicher Sicht. Dem Finanzbericht 2016 liegt der Entwurf des Bundeshaushalts 2016 zu Grunde, der von der Bundesregierung am 1. Juli 2015 zusammen mit dem Finanzplan 2015 bis 2019 beschlossen worden ist.

FINANCE (English translation)

Pursuant to Art. 31 of the German Federal Budget Code (BHO), the German Federal Ministry of Finance is required to report on the status and expected development of the finance sector as a basis for drawing up the draft budget in accordance with the German Finance Act (Haushaltsgesetz). The report must be submitted annually in conjunction with the draft budget and details the government's budget proposals from a finance sector and macroeconomic perspective. The 2016 Financial Report is based on the draft budget for 2016, which was approved by the government on 1 July 2015 together with the finance plan for 2015 to 2019.

Was war das heute für ein Tag. Es ist immer wieder unbeschreiblich, wie nah Freud und Leid doch oft nebeneinander liegen. Und ich komme immer mehr zu der Überzeugung, dass dies auf den Radsport besonders zutrifft. Aber eins nach dem anderen. Wie ich gestern schon berichtete, haben wir uns für diese Rundfahrt noch mal etwas vorgenommen. Klar, auch wenn man meint, es sei ja „nur Afrika“ ist das nicht so einfach. Denn gerade hier in Ruanda sind die einheimischen Teams – immerhin drei an der Zahl – körperlich sehr sehr stark. Und wer meint, wir würden mit unserem Material haushoch überlegen sein, auch der täuscht sich. Schon zum Prolog tauchten die Jungs aus Ruanda mit Pinarello Bolide-Zeitfahrrädern und Dogma F8-Rennrädern auf.

CYCLING (English translation)

What a day! There's a very fine line between pleasure and pain, and I'm starting to think that this is particularly true of cycling. But, first things first. As I mentioned yesterday, we have big plans for this stage race. The assumption is often that races in Africa are in some way an 'easy ride' but make no mistake: this is a tough one. We're up against no less than three Rwandan teams and these guys are not only in incredible physical shape but also have some of the best kit around. They turned up to the prologue on Pinarello Dogma F8s and top-end time trial bikes.

§ 1 Beginn des Arbeitsverhältnisses // Das Arbeitsverhältnis beginnt am ................. // § 2 Probezeit // Dieser Vertrag wird auf die Dauer von sechs Monaten vom ......... bis zum ......... zur Probe abgeschlossen. Nach Ablauf dieser Befristung endet das Arbeitsverhältnis, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf, wenn nicht bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt eine Fortsetzung des Arbeitsverhältnisses vereinbart wird.
